Terms & Conditions

By investing in my services, you should be aware that you are initiating a contract with me. When you contact me for information about the services I provide, I will regard myself as having a justified interest to share information about other services I offer which may benefit you. You can ask, at any time, to be excluded from this by contacting me via the website.

Booking policy

1.1. General
All therapies and services provided are at the discretion of myself. I have the right to refuse any service if I feel it is appropriate, or if any request for a service invalidates my insurance cover.

1.2. Bookings
Our online booking system, Setmore, automatically sends a confirmation email when an appointment has been booked successfully, and a reminder email 48 hours before each appointment. This is a complementary service - please ensure your email address is up to date, and that you add your appointment(s) to your calendar and/or set additional reminders as needed.

1.3. In-person 1:1 Holistic Therapies and Group Sound Baths
All bookings for holistic therapies and group sound baths are made via the online booking system and require full payment in advance, either via the online booking system or by bank transfer. When paying via the online booking system, your appointment will be booked automatically. When paying by bank transfer, your appointment will be booked for you upon receipt of the full amount owed. Bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Any requests to accommodate bookings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the therapist/group facilitator.

1.4. Adore Your Floor Programme - Online and 1:1 in-person sessions
All bookings for the Adore Your Floor programme are considered on an individual basis and can be initiated by contacting Amy directly. Bookings can be made up to 7 days before starting the programme. Full payment is required in advance of starting the Adore Your Floor programme and will be requested via invoice.

1.5. Pop-up Therapies
All Pop-up Therapies events operate on a first come first served basis on the day and are not bookable in advance.

Fees and additional costs

All services paid for via the online booking system are subject to a non-refundable booking fee, which is included in the cost of the service. This fee is collected by the financial services platform used to accept payments and process invoices.

 

Gift vouchers are provided with a card and incur an additional, non-refundable fee to cover the cost of the card.

 

An administrative fee of £10 is charged for the processing of all refunds.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

3.1. General
Last minute cancellations, lack of punctuality, and no-shows greatly impact small, independent businesses, and prevent other clients from accessing our services. If you are running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but I may not be able to provide a full service and you will still be charged the full amount paid upon booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Amy directly on 07496 289803 and leave a voicemail and/or send a text message if you can’t get through. Thank you for your understanding.

3.2. In-person Holistic Therapies
All in-person holistic therapies, including treatments booked with gift vouchers, can be rescheduled or transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the appointment by contacting Amy directly. All refunds are subject to a one-off administrative fee, as set out in part 2 above. After this time, clients who wish to reschedule or cancel their appointment(s), or do not show up to their appointment(s) will not be entitled to a refund, and any gift vouchers will cease to be valid.

 

Punctuality with your appointment time is politely requested. If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 25-minute appointment, or more than 15 minutes late for appointments lasting 1 hour or more, you will lose your appointment and still be charged the full amount paid upon booking.

3.3. In-person Group Sound Baths
All In-person group sound bath sessions, including sessions booked in term blocks and with gift vouchers, are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled or transferred to another person up to 7 days before the session. Participants who do not show up to their session will not be entitled to reschedule or transfer their session and gift vouchers will cease to be valid.

 

Punctuality at group sessions is particularly important to ensure smooth running, to keep within the hire times of the venue being used, and out of respect to everyone attending. All group sessions will start promptly at the stated time, so please allow enough time for your journey (including parking), and to settle in.
 

If you are running late, please contact Amy on 07496 289803. Entering the venue after the start time is highly disruptive to the group and to the facilitator and will not be tolerated - please do not attempt to do this. Thank you for your understanding.

3.4. Adore Your Floor Programme - Online and 1:1 in-person sessions
Clients attending the Adore Your Floor programme can reschedule 1:1 sessions up to 72 hours in advance – any sessions rescheduled after this time are subject to an additional £45 to cover the cost of providing another 1:1 session. Clients who cancel the Adore Your Floor Programme may, at the discretion of the facilitator, be entitled to a partial refund based on the number of sessions attended and will automatically forfeit access to all support and resources provided.

3.5. Pop-up therapies

We operate a no refunds policy.

3.6. Gift vouchers and gift cards

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of up to 6 months from the date of purchase and the services purchased with them are subject to the same terms and conditions stated above. We operate a no refunds policy on all gift cards purchased.

3.7. Services purchased during a sale or promotion

We operate a no refunds policy on all discounted services purchased during a sale or promotion. Otherwise, all discounted services are subject to the same terms and conditions stated above.

Sales and promotional offers

4.1. General
From time to time we may offer discounts on the services we provide. These are entirely at our discretion and may also serve as a means of promoting a new service.

4.2. Annual summer sale

Unless otherwise stated, our annual summer sale runs from August 10th to September 10th inclusive, and excludes the following:

  • All services with a duration of 90 minutes or more

  • All Scar and Abdominal Scar Well-being first appointment sessions

  • All group sound bath sessions (individual and term passes)

  • Any other services currently running at a reduced price, including our Indian Head Massage introductory promotion

  • All Mix and Match services

  • Any services that include ear candling and herbal compresses, including Time for You intuitive sessions

  • All gift cards

All sale and promotional prices are as stated on our online booking system. Our website prices illustrate the full cost of the services we provide.​​
