What is lymphatic drainage massage?

Also known as manual lymphatic drainage, it helps to strengthen the immune system and support healing.

Amy looked after me when I was suffering back trouble due to extra movement compensation for a couple of long-term injuries. She expertly identified the problem areas & how they were affecting me.

Once located, she was able to work on remediation with the application of various pressure techniques. The treatments also left me feeling relaxed & in a positive mood - a bonus in anyone's book!
