Sound healing is an ancient and powerful healing modality that combines different healing sounds to gently improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being

Our 1:1 sound bath intuitively works with a variety of sound therapy instruments on and off the body, and can be enjoyed as an add on treatment when booked alongside one of our other holistic therapies.

Usui Reiki

What is Reiki?
Reiki means 'spiritual energy'. It is a non-invasive, hands-on energy healing art founded by Mikao Usui. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and helps optimise the body's natural healing abilities.
​
During our 25 minute treatment, Reiki is channelled over or close to the 7 major chakras. It's then transformed and distributed to help restore the natural flow of energy in the body.
​
Our 1 hour Reiki treatment works more intuitively, using a variety of hand placements to help remove energetic blockages. Integral Sound Healing can also be incorporated into our 1 hour Reiki treatment.

Distance Usui Reiki

What is distance healing?
​
Reiki energy is able to transcend space and time, meaning the beneficial effects of Reiki can also be experienced without being in the physical presence of a Reiki practitioner.
During distance healing, intention, visualisation, and sacred symbols are used to send Reiki to a person anywhere in the world. It works the same as an in-person session, helping to restore the natural flow of energy in the body, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and optimise the body's natural healing abilities.

What is energy healing?

Gentle but powerful healing channelled via etheric connection to angelic, crystal and solfeggio energies.
This treatment helps raise vibration, and restore harmony and equilibrium, by clearing away energy blockages, attachments, stagnant energy, and etheric cords.

Connecting to etheric energies allows healing to be chanelled without using physical tools, and allows the energies to be received via distance healing.

Zang Fu
(Abdominal Massage)

What is Zang Fu?
​
In Traditional East Asian Medicine there are 12 main meridians (invisible energy lines) that run up and down the body, and each one is associated with a particular Yin (Zang), or Yang (Fu) organ.
​
During Zang Fu abdominal massage, acupressure, jade crystal tools and other hands-on techniques are applied to the abdominal meridians, helping to restore balance.
​
This relaxing and versatile therapy can help with digestive complaints, menstrual problems and fertility issues. It also helps detox, strengthen immunity, and improve emotional well-being.
​
Can be combined with steamed herbal compresses for a more indulgent experience.
