What are Holistic Therapies?
Holistic therapies support health and healing, by focussing on each element of your consciousness; body, mind, emotional, and soul. In the Western world, we often treat these as separate parts, but they are inherently connected. Approximately 80% of physical and mental health challenges are worsened by chronic stress and suppressed emotions. Many of us have experienced this to some degree, either personally, or through those close to us.

For her in-person holistic work, Amy offers a variety of hands-on body and energy therapies, as well as guidance on simple tools and techniques you can use at home. She is also trained in Sound Healing, and has previously worked as a Pilates Instructor and Meditation Instructor.

I had an Indian Head Massage with Amy and it was amazing! Afterwards, I felt deeply relaxed and even had relief from scar tissue from a surgical procedure I had last year!

The ambience was very authentic, with relaxing music playing and calming aromatherapy. I would highly recommend.
