Pelvic Health
Let's Start Talking
Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but not normal.
Are you a woman experiencing pelvic floor issues related to bladder, bowel, pelvic organ prolapse or pelvic pain, and looking for a way to resolve, manage or prevent further issues?
Would you like the knowledge and tools to empower you to maintain optimal pelvic health during all phases or your life?
Then you're in the right place.
Urinary incontinence affects up to 6 million people in the UK, and up to 20% of adults experience bowel problems, including constipation.
